Do you host private dining and events?
Yes! All of our restaurants offer private dining, events, and full buyouts.
Private dining inquiries can be submitted online through each restaurant's website.
What is the minimum and maximum party size you can accommodate?
Minimum party size: 20 guests
Maximum capacity (by concept):
• Rossa Room: 150 guests
• Gelato Rossa: 150 guests
• Enoteca Rossa: 180 guests (indoor + patio)
• Candelari's Italiano: 220 guests (indoor + patio)
Capacities include both indoor and patio dining where applicable.
Do you offer full restaurant buyouts?
Yes. All locations offer full buyouts.
Buyout minimums range from $7,500–$30,000, depending on:
• Concept selected
• Day of the week
• Time of year
• Event size
Are your restaurants kid-friendly?
Yes — all restaurants are kid-friendly except:
• Rossa Room (speakeasy concept): 21+ only
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer gluten-free options at all locations.
Do all restaurants offer craft cocktails?
Yes. All of our restaurants feature a craft cocktail bar program.
Do all restaurants offer wood-fired pizzas?
Yes. Every concept serves artisanal wood-fired oven pizzas.
